Hi Herb,
A friend gave me the three identical boards that I use for my own S100 computer.
SDS SBC200, SDS Versafloppy II, SDS Expandoram II, and the same
SDS ROM sets.  The MONITOR ROM (V 2.1)   The BIOS ROM is (DDBIOS 3.3)
I do not have source for these ROMS.  I have read them and have images of them and have
burnt copies of them as backup.  I have attached a picture of the ROMS on my SBC200 board.

These are the only boards that we are putting in the Cromemco computer. Running CP/M.
